TePe Denture Care® Specialty Toothbrush

The TePe Denture Care® brush is designed with extra-long, strong bristles to ensure good accessibility and efficient cleaning without causing any damage to the removable denture or partial. The neck of the brush can be adjusted in hot water for improved grip and accessibility if desired.

What is a denture?

A denture is removable ‘false teeth’ that replace missing teeth. When a few teeth are missing false teeth are created with clasps to hold it in the correct place. If missing all your teeth, you can get full dentures.

The tissues under the denture need care and the denture itself must be cleaned daily. Taking the denture out at night and massaging the tissues under the denture once a day to increase circulation enhances the health of the tissue.

How to Use Your TePe® Denture Care

  • Remove your denture or partial from your mouth.
  • Rinse any large debris off with water.
  • You can use a non-abrasive denture cleanser or neutral soap, not toothpaste. Your dental professional will give you the best recommendation for the frequency of use and which cleanser to use.
  • Securely hold your denture or partial in one hand and systematically brush all surfaces.
  • Rinse your denture or partial one more time after brushing.
  • At night, let soak in a water-based cleaning solution. This gives your gums and bone time to relax from the pressure of the denture or partial during the day.
